Jaeger’s pop-up shop unleashes younger line

Saturday 7th of August, Jaeger, the 126-year-old brand has welcomed the newly-formed Boutique by Jaeger among all its famous clothe lines. To present the new designs, a pop-up shop named "Boutique by Jaeger" opened its doors on Foubert's Place, off Carnaby Street, for six months at the moment and if it works out well, may stay longer.

The new range "Boutique by Jaeger" will feature the 60's style but adapted to this year’s style by introducing a modern rock’ n roll vibe into the clothes. Inspired by their iconic 60’s young Jaeger range, the collection has been reinterpreted for today’s modish young Londoner. Hoping to tempt much younger clients and to prove that they can adapt to different markets, the new shop will feature bargain prices with lines starting from 35% less than the prices you can usually get in normal Jaeger’s shops. Younger fashionistas will find their way through lovely pieces from coquettish minis, leather shorts, micro tuxes to zippered silk dresses ... Blue electric color, sequins, tulle are some of the materials used by the brand which aims at getting its grip on younger shoppers. Even though the prices are low, their clothes will feature their usual quality. Among the showcase of the complete Boutique by Jaeger Autumn/Winter 2010 collection, some more classical pieces will sneak in. But all are must-have for the next season.

The debut collection was designed by the house creative director, Stuart Stockdale. The interior of the pop-up Boutique, designed by the famous illustrator Julie Verhoeven features funky wallpapers, putting the shop as a haven for shoppers.

Jaeger's Group Chief executive Belinda Earl explains that she is "absolutely delighted to welcome the Boutique by Jaeger woman into the Jaeger fold".
